Last Wednesday, feeling like we'd had plenty of this,
(well for the moment),
Karen and I thought that a good walk would be the perfect antidote!

We headed for Gatton's Nut Wood and a decent climb up to the top of the North Downs.
Negotiating plenty of puddles and mud ensured a near catastrophic loss of calories -
so much so that we simply had to buy a tasty hot chocolate at the cafe on the way!

And our efforts were rewarded with welcome reminders that Winter will not last for ever.
