prompted me to put up a few images from the garden this week.
Looking out from the back door.
Hmmmm, I wonder where where our neighbour's cat has has been?
Bird footprints on the garden table
We've left our marks
and this Wood Mouse sprang out,
bounced back off the snow,
and zoomed away behind the pot.
Wow! You have some pretty severe weather on your patch..
ReplyDeleteUntil recently Andrew, and especially compared to the last few winters, we had got off jolly lightly. Hope things are easier up in Cheshire.
DeleteJerry, you should move to the hot region of Banstead. We were basking in minus 8.8!!
ReplyDeleteWow, I guess you'll be dusting the old BBQ this afternoon then.
DeleteCrikey Jerry, you have had some severe snow there! Makes for good photo opportunities though! ;)

John, a few weeks a go we were all anticipating our earliest ever Spring. Just goes to show!
ReplyDeleteWell this does look cold. ! Here in Central Florida we actually got down to the 30's last night. Now that's cold for us. It never lasts long .. a couple of nights and the days are always sunny. But all we need is one or two cold nights like that and the tropical plants turn brown.
ReplyDeleteMost will come back to life.. but some have to be replaced..
Needles to say I don't like it. BJ
Ooooh hope your lovely plants come through ok! The cold's fine for the garden here at the moment, what we dread is heavy frosts late Spring when the apple blossom's out - then we get hardly any fruit.
DeletePretty snowy scenes. I love the bird footprints and the shadows are cool. Great captures.
ReplyDeleteNice winter pictures....i like them Jerry.
ReplyDeletegreetings, Joop
Thanks Joop
